Follow the login link and enter your Customer ID

Follow the login link to Aiceberg homepage and enter your Customer ID, found in your email.

Enter your credentials

Enter the credentials provided in the email.

Reset your password

Reset your password when prompted.

You're logged in

Once you've reset your password you'll be logged in.
